Booked 200 series in for 100k service 15 Nov. Along with keyless entry not working I wanted to know what was involved in having our 2014 model navigator upgraded as it has got us lost so often that we are driving around using our phones to navigate with. I picked vehicle up after service to be told something about the spare parts man having to investigate how to upgrade the navigator. Was told they would contact me. I called in a week later to be given the same story. Another week later I rung and someone said they would check it out and ring me back which he did. He gave me the same story and said the parts man wasn't in but he would make a note for him expressing my dissatisfaction. About a fortnight later I rung again and asked to speak to the manager of the business as I was fairly pi..ed off by this stage. After explaining my dilemma to her she thanked me for ringing as she stated that if people don't contact her she is unaware of any problems. She promissed to get in touch with Toyota and ring me back in 1/2 hour. That was a Friday night about 3 weeks ago and surprise surprise I havn't heard from her or anyone at the dealership. Bad news travels pretty fast in the country and although they talk the talk they do not back it up with fair dinkum service. I have used Leongatha Toyota thinking that they know their product but the more I studied my invoice the more I realize I was paying dearly for incompetence. New owners!!
Booked in for an airbag replacement 2 weeks ago.Took the car today. Collect after 3 hours to be told they didn't have the right airbag for my very generic Toyota???
